Being Awake Together

We are excited to invite you to participate in a six-week spiritual exploration group, co-facilitated by Janine and Eliot Schipper.

Together we’ll explore what it means to be spiritually awake in our everyday lives. We’ll bring our attention to the places in our spirituality that feel most alive—the questions, challenges, discoveries, and experiences that are at our leading edge.

Exploring together in community can bring fresh energy and depth to our spiritual lives. This will be a small, intimate group of no more than eight people, including the co-facilitators, coming together to explore through meditation, reflection, inquiry, activities and conversation.

• DATES: October 15 through November 19, 2026.

• Meeting weekly Thursday from 4:30pm-6:30pm.

• Place: Greater Flagstaff area. Details will be provided.

• Free offering, based on the tradition of Dāna.

A little bit about Janine and Eliot

We live and play on the edges of a ponderosa forest, where our explorations of the more-than-human world continually spark our curiosity and sense of wonder. We both love going deep—into questions, connections, experiences, and the mysteries of being human.

We each have many years of experience facilitating meaningful, in-depth conversation, and we share a passion for creating spaces where people can explore openly, listen deeply, and learn from one another.
